Oh, it does. But unfortunately, humans can still fill it out, and even bots can with some small rate of success.
Edit: I removed the right to use the [img] tag for normal users... hope that helps... :)

Yeah it does amongst a hatful of other measures... as Dust says its probably a human.
We may move to a more closed forum approach whereby forum registrants have to go through an approval process, buts its time consuming.
