If you are in the process of completing an achievement such as Extinguishing Kalimdor, this fix will reset your progress and you will need start over. This fix will require realms to be restarted.[/blue]

Grrr... Hopefully this doesn't apply to the Horde City Quests.

I think you'll be ok .. I think its resetting the quests not the achievements. So if your part way through an achievement it'll reset those that you have already visited.
