*Whispers to self*
Please no new level cap
Please no new level cap
Please no new level cap

...

Although that'll probably be welcome after a years time,
I've heard that they're making new talent trees too.

BUT
*really really BIG one..*

They're taking away all of the "green" stats on items, e.g Def Rating and Crit etc... and making the base stats give these out, but this would mean for health regen tanks would need spirit or something stupid? I sure hope not...

But that's supposedly in the next patch?

Flying over Eastern Kingoms and Kalimdor however is very welcome, and ofcourse the new raids to come with level 85.

tanks do have healthregen ! it is called "healer" :p
but idd, any healthregen on gear doesn't make sense on a tank.

Saw it all being revealed live on DirectTV yesterday. I am really looking forward to the Heroic Deadmines and Heroic Shadowfang Keep.

The goblins look totally ridiculous, and the worgen in wolf form look rather noble and fierce at the same time. The zones you have to level in have changed quite a lot, so what were once 10-20 zones may now be 40-50 zones. They also said most zones now only keep you there for 5 levels, especially in the early levels.

The new Path of the Titans sounds very good, another way to customise your character through using the new secondary skill Archaeology, which as it levels up unlocks new abilities in a skill tree type system.

There will be new talents and possibly points added to existing talents. Also a mastery system, which gives you more abilities the more points you spend in a given talent tree. They said this will allow them to remove talents they do not like anymore.

Overall, it sounds great, and will be released next year before the next Blizzcon.

Oh, they also reaveled they are working on 4 games currently 3 we know of, Diablo III, Starcraft 2 and WoW:Cataclysm, the 4th is still to be revealed. Too many think its Starcraft Online.

They also said what the guild advancement will do. If you have played Warhamer, you will have the general idea. Basically everything everyone in the guild does, contributes points. The more you get the more options the guild leader has for selecting extra abilities. IE Ressurecting after a wipe, cheaper repairs, less durability loss and lots more along the same lines.

When the guild members get achievements and other stuff, the guild gets XP. And when we level up, I can invest that into some special things such as cheaper repairs, more money from bosses, cheaper reagents, no reagents needed in raid dungeons and some other things.

Goblin Racials (Some seem overpowered to me, expect lots of Horde re-rolling).

Rocket Jump - Activate you rocket belt to jump 20 yards, every 2 mins
Rocket Barrage - Creates a rocket turret to fire rockets at an enemy every 2 mins (shared cooldown with Rocket Jump)

Time is Money - Passive 1% increase to attack and cast speed
Best Deals Anywhere - Best possible gold discount, regardless of reputation

Pack Hobgoblin - Calls in your personal servant, allowing you bank access every 3 minutes
Better Living Through Chemistry - Alchemy skill +15, your potions give more health / mana

Goblins can be every class except Paladins and Druids

Worgen Racials

Darkflight - Activate your true form, increasing your movement speed by 70% for 6 seconds, 3 minute cooldown
Viciousness - All damage increased by 1%

Aberration - Reduced duration of curses and diseases used against you by 15%
Flayer - Skinning +15, you skin really fast and use your claws, Rarrrr!

Worgen form - Cosmetic only, no bonuses
Out of combat - you can choose Human or Worgen form
Combat - Worgen form
You change instantly upon entering combat

Worgen can be every class except Paladin and Shamen

Warlock changes

No more Soul Shards. You get 3 per fight and only 1 spell uses the shards which is off the GCD and on a 30 sec CD. It empowers your next spell, and every spell has a different empowered effect.

Hunter changes

No more mana, its gone. Its been replaced by Focus, which regens at 6 per sec, or 12 per sec after using Steady Shot.
Most likely making ammo an item, not a consumable.

Item changes

Mana per 5 has also been removed, items that had this, get more spirit. Spirit is the mana regen stat now, all healers also get a meditation type skill. Mages and Warlock gear now has zero spirit.

Spell Power has also been removed from items. Intellect has been revamped and provides mana and spell power (yay for Gnome Mages).

No more intellect on Hunter and Enhancement Shamen items

Attack power has also been removed from items.

Agility now provides 2 AP for Rogues, Hunters, Shamen and Druids

WTH! How am I supposed to regain mana with meditation without spirit? And what happened to my racial?
