lol i finaly found out about the weapon upgrades for the 3 stage weapons.

the stage 2 requires primal neither that drops from bosses in the 5 man instances at +- lvl 70 ones.

the stage 3 requires nether vortex its a epic that mostly drop from either hard mode from bosses or only in the raid dungeons.

anyway try to get 20 nether vortexes and 12 primal ones :P
cause very proffession will need em :(

ninja mode on "master loot and leroy" :p

btw can some say its a 100% drop from the bosses (the primal nether and nether vortex ? )

Welcome to last week. ;)

Nether vortexes will almost surely come from the same instances tier 5 comes from, as I worte earlier in this thread:

So the final stages will not be available to non-raiders.

The vortexes are used for blacksmithing, leatherworking and tailoring, and only for BoP items; at least I assume the LW and TA item who need them are BoP too, otherwise it would be virtually impossible to get enough for blacksmiths to upgrade both of their weapons.

Likely the weapons will be on par with instance drops in those instances, so not even every blacksmith will create them.

It's 25% on every level up to 60, so I doubt it's going to change towards level 70. You'll need more hit rating to overcome the effects, so the hit rating systems will make it harder to do so without the need to increase the penalty.

couldnt they just adjust the effect orso and let it be teh same as before ?

24% vs equal level mobs I thought?
