Security Alert – Flash Vulnerability
A recent vulnerability has been discovered in popular web-content delivery program Adobe Flash, and it could potentially be used to target World of Warcraft players and accounts. The newest available version of Adobe Flash, version 9.0.124.0, does not contain this vulnerability, and we recommend that everyone upgrade their Flash player as soon as possible by visiting the Adobe.com download page at the link below.

Re: Security Alert - Adobe Flash
A paranoid solution is what I use:
- Firefox with NoScript extension
- NoScript is in block all mode. If I want flash content, I have to allow it explicitely.
- Flash adds/java script from adds is not executed ever.
Of course this requires manual intervention.

I do what I think is right. But I don't think that what I think is right can not be wrong.

That's just a general protection method btw, you should still install the patch, but NoScript, when properly used, prevents many unknown exploits.
