But I wonder... if the laser is strong enough to create plasma out of air, won't it easily burn through the ceiling? Or the watchers for that matter?

i dont realy think the laser is that strong to do, also if it was they didnt make it if you ask me :p

You can easily make a laser pointer sized laser that can blind you a few hundred times per second...

Very nice :-) I love 3D - as some people know I often played Wow on a 120'' screen with shutter glasses in 3D, followed by hallucinations and motion sickness.

eat shrooms or take LSD and have the same effect ;)

PS: i know they can make lasers like that but they wont do that with this :p

its the same we all do, make bio weapons while Strontium can do the trick also, cant see it and when you get near it spreads like dust.

If you want to heat air enough to form a plasma, the lasers have to have a quite high energy. Much higher than that of something that is less hot, like a fire.

yes and prolly then can make sure it will only effect a small area of space :)
