(From Right to Left) theres a duck, a meat shield, plus a flag carrier, lollipop licker, hunter, dentist, caster and Coward :p

It's not a duck, it's a gnome warlock that got conflagrated by the dragon (because he pulled agro...)
The next two are a tank and a melee dps (big twohander and shield as item of choice).
What you identified as "lollipop" is in fact the wand of the caster.
The hunter is a dwarf.
The next is not a dentist, it's a healer (human).
Behind him is a mage (pointy hat!).
To the far left you can see a rogue hiding.
He's hiding behind a resto druid...
