Wolfenstein
Anyone else playing this?
Im finding it all a tad too geared towards consoles which is kinda depressing from a company like ID.

Re: Wolfenstein
I bought it, but it is sitting on my shelf until there is a Nvidia 3D glasses patch...
The reviews are quite poor... Seems it is a really old style shooter. I am still looking forward to the architecture. I really enjoyed the last Wolfenstein game, especially the cable car level...

Re: Wolfenstein
i didnt much like the last wolfenstein game (the original was cool though
), so I can't really be bothered to play the new one. Looks a bit dull and over the top.

Re: Wolfenstein
Oh yes
I remember playing the first Wolfenstein game on Commodore 64...it was a 2D game and (usual for the time back then) very hard.
The first 3D one was great...we have come quite a way since then...compare the old Wolfenstein (2.5D, only look ahead) with Duke Nukem 3D (2.5D+, look up and down a bit), Quake (3D)

Re: Wolfenstein
I remember getting given Doom on a CD and pondering how the hell I was supposed to install it on my Amstrad 386 as it didnt have a cd drive.
Played Prince of Persia and Dune 2 a lot.
