Re: List of Raiders from WoTLK
Only very few people still play, most left the game, or the guild. We've not been very active after cataclysm, Pandaria was nice, but from a raiding perspective we fell apart. At the start of Draenor many returned, but it was a short burst. Enough to kill some stuff though :)
Tiel hasn't been online in two years and is level 70, from outland, and an alt with 90, so pandaria :) This game is so old, I can barely remember how it was before I started playing. It's not surprising that many people get tired of it and move on.

I do what I think is right. But I don't think that what I think is right can not be wrong.

Re: List of Raiders from WoTLK
Its a shame, Tcw is a nice guild.
Cata wasnt fun as it ruined some zones for me, pandaria was alright and i got Wod at release to try it and played for a month or so. Returned when you can get gametime with ingame gold.
I try to lvl my chars up, gorgond and spires of arak isnt very fun zones hah.
Well i pop in once a day atleast to do garrison missions and sometimes lvl my alts when i feel like it.
Mabye see each other ingame =)

Hey Guys!
Hope you are all doing fine.
Mindy I am utterly offended! Where is my nick on that list!
How's the guild doing or as usual after a few months following a new expansion is quiet?
Cheers,
Elemag
EDIT: Just saw Dust's post.
Well I've recently tried Vanilla WoW on a private server (nefarious if I am not mistaken). I was pleasantly surprised. That server is so vivid and brutal (pvp).
I forgot how hard was to level even to level 10 You may try it, you won't be dissapointed if you have liked vanilla. Give me a shout in case someone want to try it out. I will be happy to join and partially remember the old days.

I have half my keyboard bound to taunt and the other half bound to sunder.
I just smash my face on my keyboard and mobs aggro to me.

Re: List of Raiders from WoTLK
Fun to read that list, indeed!
The game has gotten many improvements, it's gotten much more 'user-friendly' which is great, but at the endgame it's only about numbers anymore. I used to be amazed and feel priviliged to be walking in those raid areas that I was finally able to access, thanks to the group effort. And seeing that second phase of the next boss for the first time, and going "whoa how are we supposed to beat that!". That feeling is largely gone, and I think that's what makes the game 'boring' for me. Maybe it's just psychological. But I feel like I only get online to farm stuff
That's probably my main issue with WoW at the moment: the feeling of cracking a boss is, in my opinion, largely gone because you've already killed him/her/it months ago on LFR anyway. To be honest, LFR isn't even what I would call "fun", it's almost a chore (i.e. farming). Perhaps the first and second time it's fun, but after that ... you get yourself so used to the bosses that you're bored of them by the time you get to them on Normal or higher. You're only conquering numbers anymore, not content.MindyMcfly wrote:I do miss that feeling of cracking a problem boss, Lady Vashj and Reliquary of Souls spring to mind.

Yeah, I've seriously cut back my time in WoW as well, since I've beat every boss (in LFR and in Normal even), and there's nothing new until the next expansion. Just daily commanding-followers-to-earn-gold :)

This brings back memories ... But I am not listed.
Was my character that forgettable? Should've trolled Mindy more I guess.
