PHPBB Update

I've updated to PHPBB 3.1.6, from our old 3.0.12

Good:
- Less Bugs
- Less security holes

Bad:
- Our nice style doesn't work anymore.
- Our news page doesn't work anymore. I guess we're not active enough to warrant a news page anyway.
I do what I think is right. But I don't think that what I think is right can not be wrong.

I installed an other style that's a bit less ugly than the default one, and installed our "banner". Ah well, not like many people will see it anyway... :)
I do what I think is right. But I don't think that what I think is right can not be wrong.
