Cheers everyone, currently on a business trip in Australia (going to fly home in about 30 hours). Awesome country, all I can say.

Hope you had fun.
Have relatives down there already, by the Black Swan river in Perth. Not in a rush to go there, most everything in that Country is designed in one way or another to kill humans. :p

Most important impression: I bought Vegemite.
Second most important: OMG birds! (I woke up at 03:30 one day and went outside...fruit bats flying, 1m wingspan buggers...later on dozens of beautiful tropical birds around, all singing)
Very very nice country. Looking forward to go again - except for the long long flight.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegemite... It does not look edible.
I was in australia when I was 5, which is quite some time ago. It was nice indeed. We also went to new zeland, which had even more flora and fauna.

Marmite is one of the grossest things in existance. If we get invaded by aliens, threaten them with Marmite and they will got back to whence they came.
