Spam by a person is HARD to fix, think they only fixed so that ''guests'' can't post pictures.
The only way to fix spam by a person, if to make it so that everyone who makes an account. needs to be authenticated by the forum admin, moderators.

Yeah... you probably don't want to know how that would have looked if pictures were still enabled... or would you? :)

Haha, well i think celes would love them!
