Get Firefox 3

I have been using FF 3 RCs since a few months, and I like it much more than the previous version 2.
It's still not as fast as Safari, but all the plugins are indisposable.

Last time I checked the vast majority of my addons were broke.. just checked now and they're all working apart from Mouse Gestures ( which is annoying).

Started using Fire Gestures which is 3.0 compatible.. I'll see how I get on. :)

EDIT :
So far..
  • Rendering is much quicker
  • I like the new bookmark functionality on the address bar
  • Fire gestures is nice ( not really related to 3.0)
  • I hate the new address bar, autocomplete bit. As soon as I find out how I'll be turning it off.
I've probably missed a load of stuff :)

browser.urlbar.matchOnlyTyped = true ( from the about:config) makes it a little easier to use... still not perfect though.

Seems I'm not the only one.

I like the new autocomplete. I used to use an addon for something similar, but that's not needed anymore.

I am also using fire gestures, it's quite nice. I used a keyboard input addon before, but it's not updated in over two years, so it doesn't work anymore. But the faster rendering and the lower memory footprint make firefox 3 superior to 2.
