Is it just me or does it realy looks like WoW, even looks like they used the WoW enigne :S

Does kinda look like it, but so does Warhammer.

I remember reading about http://www.dungeonrunners.com/ which is supposed to be a massive parody of Warcraft.

There's a heck of a lot of free MMO's out there at the moment.
