You might have heard of it, a secret treaty between lots of nations, including the United States (of America), the EU and some more.

It's goal seems to be to censor people, suppress the free flow of information and remove power of the general internet population. Below's an article about the recently released draft, after the leaks earlier this month.

Government has always seeked to control the internet, this is a first scary step.

Everyone keeps saying, dont download Warez or Movies and it wont effect you... Im sure there's a bigger more sinsiter threat looming.
