The pills only work for a certain amount of allergic. She's way above the limit where pills help
We've been looking for stuff like that and there is some sort of treatment with injections, it takes 3 years and you are cured. It works for different kind of allergic. Maybe we'll try that some day.
Or we can take the genetic altered cat, only costs us 3000 euro's :p ( and yes those got hair :p )
