Hmm...
Apparently I have to motivate you. Be positive... :/ Great...
I can live with delegating.
Maybe we should celebrate first kills somehow?
Oh... shall we get us a team mascot or team chant?
I think I am honest and try to do the best. More or less.
Hmm... bragging more... I think I already do that.
What does "Ability to Bootstrap" mean?
Do we have processes set up?
Change... hmm... any proposals?
Take risks... :/ I hate risks...
Encourage?...
And point 7... well :/
All in all... does anyone have a clue what the article is talking about?

I do what I think is right. But I don't think that what I think is right can not be wrong.

Having managed large teams, and also starting off as a delegatee...being a good leader is never easy...but one of the most important aspects I have seen is one that grows with the team...where the leader delegates work not just at ones level, but that allows one to demonstrate they they are capable of operating above their current level.
Leadership is always about growth...the best leader is one that fosters growth in all - both at the top and bottom (as long as its not spoon fed growth but rather the platform that enables one to shine on their own strengths and initiatives).
