No ... the authenticators save them money in the long run which is why they're so cheap ( granted the postage aint). I suspect the number of calls they get from people with authenticators that say "My account has been hacked" are very very few.

The interesting aspect here is that they have to pay recurring fees for the authentication process to RSA or whoever provides their Key infrastructure.
They just take it from your monthly fee where they then get less per month from you.
However - I assume that a hacked account from a high-end user causes much more problems and cost, so it pays off....
